What makes a men's coat gothic?
A longer line than a standard overcoat and a detail taken from nineteenth-century military dress. Frogging or hook-and-eye closures replace buttons, the collar stands rather than folds, and the hem reaches mid-calf or drops into a tail at the back. Hardware stays matte black so the silhouette does the work.
