SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

You can choose between STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping methods:

*Some items due to weight or size are excluded from free shipping.

*These are estimated delivery times only. Third parties are involved in the delivery process, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially in certain cases (delivery to small islands, delivery address issues, or holiday delays such as Christmas).

Delivery times begin 2-3 business days after the order is placed to allow us time to pamper your package. As soon as your package is being handled by the transporter, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please see the "Need to track your package?" section below.

Express shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on the price or weight of your order.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We can hardly group two distinct orders because of our automated system. Packages are oversized and well-protected.
