Our return policy applies exclusively to original items sold at our official boutique.
Key Return Policy Terms:

Return Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Reimbursement for shipping costs is only possible if the item(s) received were damaged or incorrect. The reimbursement will be equal to the initial shipping fee PunkRave paid to send the items to you.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Returns If:
- Items are in poor condition and cannot be resold.
- Original tags are missing.
- The condition of the items does not match the buyer’s declaration.
- The buyer has a history of frequent returns ("serial returns").

Non-Returnable Items:
- Masks, jewelry, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for returns or refunds, in compliance with EU hygiene regulations.
- No returns are accepted during sales periods or on discounted items.

Return Requests:
- All returns must be pre-approved. Email us for authorization before sending back any items.
- Please note: The return desk address is different from our warehouse address.

Store Credit:
- For accepted return requests, you will receive store credit for the item's total price (excluding shipping fees) in your PunkRave account. Perfect for your future shopping!

Delivery Issues: Any claims regarding delivery problems (e.g., damaged parcels, missing products) must be reported immediately—no later than the first business day after delivery.

Item Defects: Claims regarding product conformity (e.g., type, quality) must be submitted as soon as possible, along with clear photos of the defects for our quality check department to review.
