Payments & Orders

We accept the following payment methods:

 

All major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

Paypal: Shop easily online using your PayPal account without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

Bank transfers: accepted only for large orders (>500 €). Please prepare your cart and then send us a message using the contact us form.

Using your store credit: you may use it at the checkout page: just enter the unique code received by email in the "Promo Code" field. The value of the store credit will be automatically deducted from your order. Easy peasy!

We take security very seriously, your details are safe with us.

With Punkrave.ch, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser's address bar. 

We take fraud very seriously and our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving any transaction.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

PROMO CODES

• Using my promo code: Promo codes need to be entered at checkout page and cannot be applied later.
• Not combinable: you can only use one promo code per order.
• Where you can find them? check out the website, as we often have really great promos running that you can benefit from.  We often send out promo codes in our newsletters, so hurry up and subscribe. Sometimes you'll spot a code on Instagram or Facebook ^^
